Ownership of Team Database • Developed ability to use Excel spreadsheets more efficiently. In first two months with team, set out to automate the main database used by to store the team’s data. - Drew up an action plan showing how new database would look, the benefits and how it would interact with company’s central database. - Drastically reduced time to update database and most importantly has increased its accuracy, as the chances of human error have been reduced. Increasing connectivity with the wider firm • Used learnings and experience from previous role to create a process that allowed both current team (Client Insights) and previous team (Deal Boards) to be more connected in sharing information that ultimately improved services the firm provides. - Involved continual communication with Leads of both programs to create a system that followed protocols of both areas, especially in relation to confidentiality and sharing information.
