Some highlights include: Co-curating a set of exhibitions for Iniva entitled Me Myself and I | Home | My Grandmother’s House and providing project management support to the Artlab+ project which included overseeing the installation and public events. Curating a Snapchat lens in conversation with another curator for a National Gallery collaboration and working on budget management, licensing, artist briefing, shortlisting and curatorial writing for this. Also working on various writing projects to do with postcolonial thought including ‘Karen McLean Interrogates Postcolonial Legacies Evident in Contemporary Life’ for the Black Blossoms Journal and a feature on Paul Reid for Yahoo. Working as part of Future Commons, a collective of young creatives developing discussions around care and rest for early career practitioners.
