Tammy joined adam&eveDDB in its infancy and has been integral to its success over the last 10 years.
In 2016 she was promoted to Joint CEO – the same year she was named in AdAge’s Women to Watch.
Under her leadership the Agency has been awarded British Arrows Agency of the Year four times in the last five years, Cannes Agency of the Year twice (2014 & 2018) and was recently named Campaign's Agency of the Decade having won the Agency of the Year accolade five times since 2010.
The agency is the first to win the IPA Effectiveness Awards Grand Prix three times in succession and is APG Strategy Agency of the Year, proving that the best creative work in the world is also proven to work the best for clients.
She set up eve club 4 years ago to support and champion’s women’s career progression and has sat on the Omniwomen committee for the last 3 years.
Prior to adam&eve Tammy worked at some of London’s top agencies including Fallon, M&C Saatchi and Grey. She has a degree from Oxford in Economics and History.
She lives by Regent’s Park and when not working pretends to go for a jog around it occasionally.
