BA (Hons) Theatre: Writing, Directing and PerformanceUniversity of York
- York, United Kingdom
Over this three year BA, I honed my skills as a theatre-maker at large; gaining experience directing both classical and contemporary works, including both original productions, and an online production during the 2020 pandemic, I wrote and edited original scripts for the stage, designed costume and set for both large and small-scale productions and performed in both scripted and improvised productions.
While this degree was intensely practical, it also required me to achieve highly through my academic writing across a broad range of topics, and pushed me to develop marketing and management skills; necessary skills for any and all managed and freelance arts endeavors.
