  • As an interim I helped create the BD and Marketing tools the agency needs to win new clients and build a profile. This work included creating a suite of assets to help tell the agency story and complete the go to market credentials. Further I vetted growth and creative partners ( Lead Gen, PR consultant to help share the word on Doner, creative powerhouses like Massive Music as pitch partners, etc.) The power of collaboration drives the modern world. The final part was a strategically research based target list to help focus outbound marketing and comms to attract the right audience. During this time, I also led pitches and any incoming and outgoing business development responses.
