About me

A current MA Newspaper Journalism student at City University, I have written freelance for the Observer New Review, the Irish Independent, VICE, Noisey, Crack, gal-dem, and the Quietus. I am the hip hop and R&B columnist at the latter. I started my first music blog aged 15 (around the time I unsuccessfully tried to run an indie club night for teens on the Isle of Wight). I was nominated for Best Arts and Pop Culture Features Writer at the 2015 Irish National Student Media Awards.
