About me
Currently working towards my Level 3 Digital Marketing Diploma and working at one of the UK's most respected contemporary arts and entertainment venues, I have gained extensive knowledge and skills in developing, engaging and maintaining customers online.
I would describe myself as self-motivated, organised and capable of working under pressure with a creative and enthusiastic attitude. My passion towards work and achieving my best drives me to see things through to completion at the best standard I can achieve.
I have taken on responsibility within the marketing team to manage online channels such as Facebook and Twitter, online listings, creating e-mail marketing campaigns using DotMailer and Spektrix, working with internal and external contacts to plan and schedule marketing activities within a particular budget and time frame, direct mail-outs, updating website content and assisting with print production.
I am a regular user of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Adobe Photoshop with some knowledge of Adobe InDesign and BrightSign. I have also attended various B2B & B2C events and fairs.

I use analytics to manage what we are doing well and what needs improving, writing copy for events and uploading onto the venue website, using online listings and contact bloggers/groups who would be interested in writing about the events for us, e-mail marketing campaigns, direct mail outs, project management and regular use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Photoshop.
