Over the past 14 years, I've built a career in the tech industry in sectors that include gaming, music and live entertainment working with start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs and large organisations. I've delivered a variety of complex projects and software products that include games, mobile apps, e-commerce sites, payment platforms, back-office tools, and API integrations. All of these experiences have helped companies achieve financial goals, operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
Alongside my technical expertise, I'm dedicated to making the tech industry more diverse and equitable. To support that, I coach and mentor those from marginalised communities that are seeking a career in tech and consult with non-profits like Coding Black Females.
As I've grown in my career, I discovered a love for coaching and I became a professional coach. Now, I get to work with all sorts of incredible people, from career changers to inspiring leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them unlock their full potential.
I am also the Founder of Co-LinkUp which is a diverse members community designed to empower and connect self-employed professionals through curated experiences, from coworking days to professional development panels and talks.
