Tasneim Zyada is a British Palestinian writer and published poet.
Her spoken word performances have featured in the Shubbak Festival (2021), the Lyric Hammersmith Evolution Festival (2020), Waltham Forest Mela (2019), the Migration and Diaspora Literature Festival (2019) and the AWAN festival (2018 & 2020). Topics of interest in Tasneim's work include identity, displacement, mental health and faith.
A graduate of English Literature and Creative Writing, she is currently pursuing a career as a creative freelancer. Tasneim accomplishments and collaborations cover a broad range: from voiceover work for the multi-award winning podcast: Have you Heard George’s Podcast? (2019), to featuring alongside the ASRA run club in Nike's #UntilWeAllWin global campaign (2020) and to regularly facilitating workshops in mindfulness and poetry.
