  • Acquiring New Accounts & managing group of accounts assigned to me, ensuring that the relationship is healthy and that the client is getting maximum value out of the product. My area was the UK market - covering accounts and independent retailers. • Effectively demonstrating the various product lines to clients and provide sales pitch training to individuals as well as small and large groups. Visiting clients on a regular basis to provide face to face support, training and build strong relationships- I believe every client deserves a face-to-face. Reporting directly to owners of the company, supporting them in meeting our company’s sales targets weekly. Answering day to day client queries and providing creative and complex solutions. Ensuring that product feedback is communicated effectively to both Sales teams and Product Development. Working on longer term projects with clients to enable them to get value out of the product. This includes local press, magazine editorials and council permissions. Being an effective problem solver and providing creative solutions to the many questions clients have in and around the sale of the product.
