Tegan has a First in International Business Management (with a First from ESSEC Business School and Distinction from East Normal China University). She started her graduate scheme at PwC as a Management Consultant and promoted into FS Operations Consulting after working across different sectors on her graduate scheme. Notably in India increasing performance and specifically managing teams in Chennai and Bangalore at a multinational bank and a financial banking services organisation in Johannesburg South Africa. She has recently been working on transformation projects restructuring legal functions organisation designs.
