Teodora is a Freelance Retoucher who graduated from Photography in July 2016 with a strong interest in Fashion and Beauty retouching. She has been working on her own conceptual fine-art projects during university and collaborating with other students, producing fashion, beauty and conceptual photographs. She is keen on applying her retouching skills on product and advertising photography and would like to continue evolving into the digital and creative techniques that are involved in these industries.

As a freelance retoucher, I have been working on e-commerce imagery for Mulberry and Manolo. The photos have been diverse, ranging from apparel, models and other accessories such as shoes, glasses and jewellery. My main role was to clean the images, crop the products out of their backgrounds and make any necessary changes to make them look presentable for the buying customers. During this job I have also learned to colour correct the images so they match the physical product as well as prepare them to be uploaded on the official website of the fashion apparels.

Key skills and experience that I have acquired are: digital and manual editing, learning about the history of photography, darkroom procedures and engaging in individual and group projects.
