    ➺ Olive Media is TIME INC.'s (now MEREDITH Corp.) Greek partner & represents international brands, InStyle, Fortune & People (print & digital) in Greek market. Role spanning print & digital media, editorial strategy & brands' business management, cross-platform content development & creative services, providing customized content solutions & specializing in 360 advertising programs and integrated campaigns, either for client-focused partnerships or Olive Media brands. RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Managing day-to-day running of three brands’ business, creative & financial performance. ● Act as internal liaison between editorial, marketing & commercial department. ● Preserve TIME INC.’s editorial & commercial guidelines, in partnership with Editors-in-Chief & Commercial Director. ● Brief, lead and monitor creative solutions department (a creative team of copy-editors, art director, digital designers, web developers, photo editor, social media manager & videographer). ● Ensure creative solutions matches client needs. Overview the complete lifecycle of any creative process (from conception to completion across multiple brand platforms) and manage projects’ deadlines. ● Control social media department’s obligations towards customers. Brainstorm with InStyle, Fortune, People Brand Managers so to identify new business opportunities driven by each brand’s editorial calendar. ● Analyze information regarding scheduled digital storylists, that may raise commercial interest. Manage P&L report. ● Working closely with Commercial Director & Digital Advertising Director: on new event concepts & initiatives that will maximise advertising revenue and will achieve business sales goals, on decoding client briefs and developing unique branded content campaigns and other bespoke initiatives, on developing concepts aligned with each title’s unique tone of voice & generating 360 tailor-made creative & commercial solutions on print, digital, social media platforms & events/experiential ● Cooperating with Marketing Director in creating and developing multi-platform concepts for special events/experiential that can grow revenue, while promote and reinforce Olive Media’ s publishing portfolio in regional marketplace ● Attending key meetings with media agencies and luxury key-clients (from beauty, fashion, ne spirits, auto & jewelry sectors), along with advertising managers, to help convey InStyle’s, People’s & Fortune’s value proposition, ideas and future opportunities ● Designating and monitoring magazines' & websites' design esthetics & redesigns ● Supervising an internal team of videographers, assigned to lm fashion-beauty & corporate-business videos as premium content for InStyle & Fortune digital platforms, or produce custom video advertising concepts for clients that require creative multimedia presence in Olive's digital, with our standards, esthetics and artistic view (Olive Media, February 2013- May 2014) : ACTING DIGITAL EDITORIAL DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Launch InStyle, Fortune, People websites & ensure content quality & specific content/design guidelines per brand meet TIME INC.’s international standards ● Liaising with social media manager on evaluating inbound traffic, on social media strategy, on content material featured on brands’ accounts, on SEO & keywords, etc ● Assessing digital editors-in-chief monthly performance ● Develop editorial ideas as special tributes or article concepts that can drive revenue ● Oversee content requirements of sponsored articles and native advertising ● Identify new content trends, manage budgets and develope timelines ● Build relationships with partner online media and explore potential media partnerships to extend the reach of Olive Media’s content ● Work closely with marketing and PR dept to maximize Olive Media’ s digital exposure ● Manage instyle tablet’s monthly creation by monitoring magazine’s pages adaptation on tablet, overseeing tablet-only premium content or videos production, guiding digital designers on extra features’ page-editing and communicating with advertising team regarding flatplan and tablet-only advertising opportunities & solutions (Olive Media, February 2014 - Present) : EVENTS & LIVE MEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES Created & developed Olive : Live, a live events & creative solutions division/ brands extension for Olive Media, aiming to inspire and excite InStyle, Fortune & People audiences and clients/partners so they can deeply engage with the brands, as well as reinforce commercial development of brand partnerships & leverage revenue growth.
