Responsibilities: Managing marketing and sales campaigns for a portfolio of over 20 courses and 28 shows per academic year, leading on all print and online collateral, distribution, advertising and direct mail, and managing relationships with venues, and attendance at trade exhibitions and careers fairs. Designing and facilitating events for key stakeholders, including potential funders. Analysing data and evaluating activity to build on team performance. Building strong relationships with industry professionals to create professional networks for the Acedemy and its students. Coaching over 150 students a year through group and one-to-one sessions on professional development and self-promotion.
