After a degree in Business Management with Marketing at the University of Westminster, Tessa worked briefly in the financial services before quickly realising her passion for marketing and entrepreneurship. Shortly after, she joined Cru Kafe, one of London's leading ethical coffee start ups, focusing on partnerships and branding, before starting her own Caribbean inspired menswear brand, Saint Luke in 2013.
In 2016, Tessa took the position of Marketing & Ecommerce Director at luxury womenswear boutique By Rory, a luxury resort wear retailer with stores across Europe and the Caribbean. Tessa lead the development and launch of By Rory’s new e-commerce site as well as heading up the branding and marketing efforts including campaign shoots, PR, social media and marketing.
Shortly after leaving By Rory in July 2018, Tessa co-founded new linen wear brand Palmier London. From forming the brand, designing the collection and directing the campaign shoots, Tessa was pivotal in creating and driving this successful fashion company forward which has fast become a favourite with some the UK’s most influential bloggers including Lucy Williams, Ropes of Holland and the London Chatter.
Tessa currently specialises in content strategy, art direction and content creation for an ever-expanding roster of fashion and lifestyle brands.
