- Brief weekly homepage updates led by merchandising and sales insights and direct photography and graphics teams on key assets needed and timeline.
- Consistently reviewing content across the website to ensure all information is correct and up to date.
Achievements
- Established a new brand tone of voice.
- Developed and rolled out a new website and email templates within Ometria in line with the new branding, visual language and tone of voice.
- Implemented new lines of communication and processes with Buying and Merchandising teams to receive comprehensive product assets, data and accurate stock levels and lead times in line with the Critical Path.
