A writer and editor and with over a decade's multidisciplinary experience, I work primarily with creative agencies, luxury brands and market-leading consumer titles. My skill set spans communications and content strategy, creative direction, conceptual copywriting, long-form journalism and storytelling in any form. I’m a big-picture thinker with an eye for detail and I enjoy collaborating closely with art directors and designers to create work with exceptional aesthetic appeal.
Recent projects include an in-house stint at design, branding and publishing agency Winkreative (sister company to Monocle magazine) where I worked for clients across a diverse range of industries, including luxury travel, super-prime property development, geopolitical risk and public diplomacy. Prior to this, I was an editorial director at award-winning advertising agency AMV BBDO. Throughout this time, I also edited luxury print publication ELLE Decoration Country, a standalone journal published by Hearst Magazines UK. I oversaw production of this title from its launch in 2012 until 2016, and have been contributing to ELLE Decoration as a journalist and editor for over 10 years. Much of my work within the design and interiors sector has been translated for international publication and syndicated worldwide.
My primary areas of expertise and interest are design, architecture, interiors, travel, food and wellbeing. Brands I've consulted and written for include: The Barbican, Mandarin Oriental, Relais & Châteaux, Loews Hotels, The Embassy of Japan, Bert & May, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, Skandium, Space NK Apothecary, Eve Lom, Berkeley Group, The Knightsbridge Estate, Braun, Guinness and Sainsbury's.
