Assisting the head designer with a high-profile projects’ organization, liaising with the studio team to ensure a smooth creation process of all the pieces. Keeping up with outgoing shipments, ensuring all correct pieces are in perfect condition to be sent to clients. Quality checking all pieces before cataloguing and packing them accordingly.
Providing high levels of customer satisfaction trough excellent service, both in our boutique and via email, when processing online orders. Ensuring the perfect fit for all our garments by taking the clients’ measurements when necessary and liaising with our head designer and her team.
Providing the best customer experience during fitting appointments, acting as a personal stylist when necessary – we are able to recommend styles which will be the most flattering and compliment the client’s look. We are knowledgeable about our garments’ styles, its names and stock. Packaging purchased items in the highest standard and organizing shipments when needed.
Taking care of the garments, packing-unpacking press loans and helping the press office send and receive the loans in perfect condition.

Coordinated office administration and procedures, in order to guarantee organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Also coordinated with the IT department on all office equipment and coached, mentored and disciplined the office staff. Managed the front desk, where I was responsible for receiving visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Offered beverages to guests and clients, when necessary, scheduled meetings for executives. Operated telephone switchboard; answered and transferred calls to appropriate individuals; took messages if needed and communicated them to appropriate enquirers. Handled outgoing mails and shipments; sorted and distributed incoming mails accordingly. Responsible for setting up and placing conference calls as needed.
Among other responsibilities I helped with administrative duties, such as light office work or running errands. Took care of clients and foreign agencies, both at the office and on set. Helped prepare the set with lights, props, equipment etc. Assisted costume designers, directors, camera crew and other crew members. Acted also as a runner distributing messages or items within film crew and cast.
