Supporting the Senior Gallery Officer and Gallery Technician in the planning, scheduling and delivery of the annual program of exhibitions, projects and events.
- Undertaking a range of operational and administrative tasks to support TheGallery in maintaining its operational procedures, systems and databases, web platforms and projects
- Maintaining the AUB and Arts Council Collection, including administration of the collection database and all supporting records. Finding new ways to implement and improve systems.
- Supervising, giving training and advice to Gallery work placements and volunteer students.
- Supporting technician co-ordinating exhibitions hang and weekly plans, ensuring that the technical standards are fully professional and delivered on schedule. Maintain the safe collection, arrival, and return of all exhibition artworks. Carry out condition checks on all works received and going out and maintain these records
- Co-design and project co-ordination of largest annual exhibition Suddenly Last Summer
- Publications: Co-editing of 3 art publications, sourcing printing, and materials under tight schedules, registering publications, assisting in the mailing of publications.
- Administrating and coordinating Lucienne Day touring exhibition, for both national and international venues.
