About me
Collaboration has always been a pivotal aspect of my work. Whether that has involved bringing together photographers, graphic designers, curators and journalists for independent publications or debriefing government bodies, financial institutions and PR agencies on market research findings and working with them to produce appropriate campaign strategies. Although the content of these projects has varied massively, the fundamental mechanisms of communication used in these working environments has strengthened my skills in project management and strategic planning. My capacity to maintain exceptional results at university –I received a distinction for my MA dissertation- while working on several freelance projects and unpaid internships exemplifies my drive and high level of organisation. I currently work at BritainThinks, a research agency that provides insight and strategy options to help corporations, cultural organisations and government bodies communicate with their audiences in an engaging way. During my internship, I’ve been able to significantly contribute to projects with The Creative Society, The Home Office, CityUK and The Guardian. All whilst sharpening my research capabilities and gaining insight into the inception of marketing campaigns. My ability to multitask has made it possible for me to pursue various freelance projects alongside my studies and internships. This has included curating an exhibition for the Zabludowicz Collection, taking part in and organising panel discussions (including one at the ICA), assisting the creative director on the set of a film that was shown at Sundance Film Festival, collaborating on a zine that tackles politicised identity through conversations with individuals that work in the creative sphere and working at Photo London 2015. My passion and dedication to creative production is not something I ever intend to contain.
