Came in to assist after the decline and acquisition of American Apparel by Gildan. The re-launch was under the guise of a female lead management team. My goal was to help American Apparel leverage technology (video, social media & advertising) in order to grow a sizeable share of the direct to consumer marketplace, that was not dependent on physical shops as means of brand awareness.
