I worked for Macmillan Education as a customer service representative for four months. Work duties included handling email, web-form, and online chat-based queries from customers. Our work was handled through SalesForce in which I would take cases, create customer accounts and resolve their problems. Aside from this my job role with Macmillan involved the creation of spreadsheets for our team to easily find and locate resolutions to common cases as well as liaising with the Sales and Editorial departments to ensure that customers are given the correct information in the quickest time.

I volunteered for a month as a Shelter & NFI Assistant. In my time with IMC, I worked on updating minimum guidelines specifications, writing reports on issues surrounding NFI procurement, updating the internal 4 W’s matrix, and assisting the Shelter & NFI technical advisor with any issues or work.
