- Travels to Key Markets (Paris, NYC, Milan, London, Firenze) for Fashion Weeks ; Fashion Fairs and Retail Inspiration. - Responsible for the Menswear Department clothing, accessories, shoes (oversee research and presentations tailored to each clients needs). - Work with German, Swiss, Spain and UAE markets. - Consult on Brand Mix and Seasonal Trends for Retailers buying teams as well as Private Label Merchandising teams in Department stores.

Hired Free-Lance Stylists. Oversaw Model Castings - Collaborated with counterparts in other European countries (UK, Germany) to define and apply Styling Guidelines while incorporating each Brand’s own DNA. Reported on Successes, Challenges & Opportunities Season-to-Season to Buying Team. - Checked all visuals twice a day to minimize Re-Shoots and Retouch. Achieved the lowest Re-Shoot rate of Europe. Oversaw directions to Retouch team when needed. - Managed Styling Closet and allocated SC budget per season and product category (Core basics, fashions basics, maximising Cross-Selling, promoting seasonal trends, props, sport), worked very closely with Sample Coordinator.
- Launched eponymous Menswear Collection. Fashion Show in Paris Fashion Week. - Managed all aspects of the business and Design.
- Styled celebrities for Personal Styling, TV shows, editorials. - Collaborated with Santa Bevacqua (fashion editor Grazia, Nylon) for Editorial, Advertising campaigns, brand’s consulting. Hired and trained assistants.
