I'm Thomas, a full-time design agent and part time illustrator, living and working in London.
For over four years, I’ve been working as a design and artist agent - initially as a junior consultant but then progressing and going on to set up my own division at Represent Recruitment, before making the move agency side to Nexus Studios. As Nexus’ Directors’ Representative, I’m in charge of promoting 22 domestic and international animation and live action directors, as well as Nexus Interactive Arts and the wider Nexus brand. I collaborate with colleagues and directors to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as attend and present at client meetings and industry events.

After two years at Represent, I had the opportunity to set up, build and promote Represent’s first ever digital offering.Working solo, I was the main point of contact for all clients and candidates and it was my task to place candidates from junior to creative director level successfully.
