SFX SupervisorSouthampton Solent University

This job role was assigned to myself and others by Solent University, where I would manage the SFX studio. For the role, I would gain experience in confidently fixing airbrushes, helping students with any of their qualms. Whilst helping to keep FX-based machinery safe aswell as peers, I would make sure all stations were tidy.
If there were any issues on location, I would be first to contact to resolve the issue and/or locate first aid staff. This has developed my understanding in COSHH, when it came to certain products that could lead to potential hazards. Learning both how to tackle potential hazards inflicted on others and machinery; it had demonstrated taking ownership and supervision.

Studied and created film, learning how to look at film theory, continuity and industry. It had helped me look at another perspective of film, but creating my own student films. This had provided me to dive into my creative juices by producing all the makeup, film, editing and more.
