I am a people and culture researcher, private curator, and educator based in Taipei, Taiwan. I hope to bring my diverse background in policy, teaching, research, and equity and diversity to help bring your organization's people-to-people interactions to their full potential. In my role, I developed and delivered tailored lesson plans to around 90 students, which included the assessment of homework and creative writing assignments. I created new courses that successfully attracted additional students to enroll in the school’s programs. I was responsible for implementing teacher observation programs that improved teaching methodologies and boosted student learning outcomes. Furthermore, I managed the organization of outreach events, which resulted in a 25% increase in student enrollment.
