• Project managed workstream, ensuring five deliverables were produced within a variety of deadlines. These tasks were completed to improve the consistency of Complex Investigations.
• Renewed policy documentation for Subjects of Interest (SOIs) Categorisation and Prioritisation. Updates were presented to and approved by senior stakeholders, including the Head of Complex Investigations.
• Drafted and created processes for case closures, Complex Master SOI List collation, and MI generation.
• Lead coordinator for six Complex Investigations, liaising with investigators to ensure correct procedures and processes are followed. High level cases ranged from Sanctions Evasion, Terrorist Financing, Bribery & Corruption, Money Laundering and Fraud.
• Monitor and track all actions raised by investigators within case management systems.
• Produce MI which establishes control strengths/weaknesses within Complex Investigations. Outputs are used by senior stakeholders to influence significant decisions in order to mitigate financial crime risk.
• Efficiently dealt with the case intake process and allocated a variety of cases appropriately.
• Co-Lead for Graduate Centre of Excellence. Responsible for graduate guides, placement briefing WebEx’s and End of Placement feedback report which determines output of placements on offer to new graduates.
