Responsibilities include: Assisting customers with queries on several topics including health care, beauty, weight management, skin care, fragrances, make-up and cosmetics etc. Working on the tills, cashing in payments and issuing refunds/exchanges when necessary. Closing up the shop at the end of the day, Securing all money in the safe. Monitoring the shelves, filling gaps with new stock, ensuring shelves are neat and presentable, checking sell-by dates on stock and disposing of items and medication in the correct way. Rebuilding entire sections on shop floor with new products. Price checks. Keeping stock room tidy, organised and up to date. Encouraging customers to use boots.com to order items not in stock. Working as a team towards daily targets, and meeting personal targets.
