I work part time as a supervisor to help our managing team with the running of the store. My responsibilities include opening and closing the store and the till system, organising the weekly cash banking, ensuring every customer enjoys the experience of shopping with us, working within an ever changing team, training new team members in delivering the customer experience and also in using our computer till systems.

Cato Music is a music rehearsal venue for international artists. My work included; production running for clients using our facilities, assisting with the tour advancing for a UK and European Tour that took place in November and December 2017, working within a client facing role on reception - answering phone calls and emails to current and potential clients, general admin tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office, completing invoices for clients and liaising with clients to ensure they had everything they needed whilst using our facilities. I also carried out extensive research projects alongside our studio manager to help expand our already extensive client base.
