About me

I am trained in Digital Marketing and Social Media and am currently looking for the next big opportunity. My most recent job was being a customer support agent at Teleperformance. This included full comunication with customers of a gaming and console brand under various contact channels (phone, e-mail and live chat). I grew up in a very multicultural enviroment, being born and raised in Mozambique and having attended an international school until 2012 when I moved to Portugal which is where I currently reside. I have dual English and Portuguese nationality and I am very fluent in both languages, with some basic understanding of Spanish. My professional experience includes a lot of translation work between English and Portuguese, mostly text based with some experience in speach, which I still do along side my current job. I have also worked in outbound sales under the Ventask group and at McDonald’s as a cashier where I was in constant contact with the public in each job. I also have significant voluntary experience with Project Mozambique (in Mozambique) which includes organisation of sports events in orphanages and production and distribution of educational material. In short, I would say my best characteristics are my communication skills, dynamism, capacity to work as well alone as with a team, ability to manage myself under pressure. Other than that, I am always highly motivated, positive,professional, well organised, pacient and dedicated to always to do my best and to push myself to improve wherever possible.
