Responsibilities include:
Client servicing, leading planning and strategic development of campaigns and providing day to day contact for clients from brand manager levels to senior brand director levels
Managing a team of between 5 and 8 account handlers and producers in development and delivery of projects to ensure all external agency output is delivered to the highest standards
Forecasting and P&L ownership to deliver projects on time, within scope and to profit targets across the portfolio of client accounts, bringing £1.5million of revenue to the agency in 2018/19 financial year
Business development, seeking new client briefs and building strong relationships with existing clients alongside leading pitch responses for clients including Amazon Fashion, Heineken UK and Global brands
Team management, scoping resource requirements, ensuring team utilisation is maximised and coaching and developing line reports by setting actionable objectives to reach career goals
