  Dishoom BirminghamDesign for an Irani café set in the heart of Birmingham, this restaurant blends an all day café and general store. Set in 1948 Bombay, we give a nod to the importance of ‘Swadeshi’ (Indian-made) products from this time, adorning our shelves with Indian soaps and other tokens of self-reliance.
