About me
I’m a well-rounded junior events producer with skills in, events management, production and strategy, as well as event programming and marketing, including social media. I’m well versed in all aspects of events, my experience extends across music, science, arts and culture, festivals, not for profit and corporate.
I have been involved in many live events and festivals such as Jurassic Lounge Arts and Music event, Possible World Film Festival, Peats Ridge Music and Arts Festival, Sydney Festival, Young at Heart Film Festival, Sydney Film Festival. Courtyard Sessions music event, Australian Museum Science Festival + regional tours, Townsville Science, Arts and Technology Festival and Parramasala Festival.
I have produced and aided in the production of many large, medium and small events, I have experience working on industry exhibitions, festivals for the general public, music events, pop-up events and launch events.
On these events I have coordinated staff/volunteers, managed speakers and talent, worked with clients, coordinated suppliers, created safety and event documents, managed design and liaised with marketing.
I’m looking for an events role where I can learn and grow in the industry, preferable in an in-house events role for a creative venue or conferencing company.
Work history
Event Coordinator
Role: coordinating private and corporate events at Bounce. This is done through liaising
with client to ensure all pre-event requirements and schedule is organised. Onsite
management, looking after a small team to make sure all on the day requests are met
(AV, catering and ad-hoc).
Event & Communication Officer

• Role: coordinated and supported the events team in producing the Australian Museum Science Festival including regional tours, after hour’s events and launches.
• Events: I planned and coordinated event production and programming. I was in charge of pre-planning, onsite event management, volunteer coordination, budget forecasting and management.
• Marketing: I helped develop marketing and social media strategies, assisting in implementing and evaluating them. I also found new cross-promotional marketing opportunities, and managed design collateral.
