Tim grew up in Wigan in the North West of England. Initially self-taught, he subsequently assisted photographers in the UK and overseas. He has since set up studio in Hong Kong, London, Manchester and Sydney. He has a distinction at Masters level from the Manchester School of Art (Manchester Metropolitan University) and his work has appeared in magazines around the world including: New York Magazine, W Magazine, The Sunday Magazine, Elle Decoration and many more.
He has collaborated with advertising agencies internationally such as Cundari, Dentsu M&C Saatchi and Ogilvy, working on Brands such as Alfred Dunhill, Nike, Wonderbra. He Currently lives in Manchester, UK, with his wife and two children.

- Pattern Project, PortraitsPortraits for Partisan Studio’s Pattern project. The project brings together highly skilled operators in Placemaking to round table events to discuss how we think about how we design the cities of the future. They’re the architects, landscape designers, engineers, food production designers, planners and so on that help design our cities. I photographed them for use in a multitude of media that included to support articles in editorials for journals and for Pattern’s web presence.
