About me

Illustration has been an interest since college but coming to university in London opened my eyes to the varied styles and ways of drawing. Some of my favourite illustrators are Ralph Steadman, Parra, Keith Haring and Frank Miller. Being in London also introduced me to less well know illustrators like Sam Taylor, Thomas Slater and Kyle Platts.

  Peckham Housing EstateThis was for a university project on environment, it was one of my observational drawings that i decided to expand.
• StatuesThe sketch of the statue is from a trip to Norwood Cemetery to gather ideas for my environment project. When i got home i decided to play around with the statue in illustrator.
• Objects on my deskA few objects that are usually located on or around my desk that i decided to sketch out.

BTEC Interactive Media
Aug 2010 - May 2012
After my foundation in art i took a BTEC National Higher Diploma in interactive media. On this course i learnt technical skills for video editing and camera work. We also looked at the theory behind film moments and the behind day to day running of film and tv. The course also touched on graphic design.

Aug 2009 - May 2010
Chichester College was where i undertook my foundation in Art & Design. This course taught me the basic rules, theory and history of art.
