Restless Minds is the first UK podcast to focus on the conditions ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). Hosted by myself and Ellie, two people in their 20’s with both conditions, we aim to bring further awareness and knowledge and laughs along the way. The podcast is informed both from our lived experience as well as research and scientific information, presented in a fun and digestible way.
So far we have released 32 episodes and totalled over 20,000 downloads. The podcast posts an international audience including New Zealand and the USA. We currently average around 300 downloads a week.

I attended the University of Bristol to study Law between 2014-2017, graduating with a 2:1.
During my time at Bristol I was heavily involved in the creative world and community. Syn Cyr was a record label and events company I co-founded which focused on finding talent unique talent in Bristol and showcasing them regularly through live events.
I also hosted a weekly show, Discover Weekly, where we discussed some favourite songs (old and new) and delved into the sounds, backstory and making of the tracks.
