I've been working in retail for the past 4 years for GANT, and I've adored my time there as they've helped me grow personally and career-wise. However, I feel like I have hit my limit, and am wanting to take my skill-set, and further it, in a new challenging direction

Having worked there for 4 years I have become apart of the senior team as well as a core member within back of house. I have taken a lead role in recruitment for the past 2 seasons; co-ordinated and created a plan for stock take, that will be used in the future; leading the stockroom team to fulfil all tasks and innovate to make tasks more efficient; working on the shop floor solo or as a team to make sure 5* customer service is always given and standards are up to the high standards of GANT; working across other stores for GANT in their new projects, i.e. setting up new stores, and stock controlling in the warehouse

I studied 2 years in Advanced Music Technology at North Kent, which allowed me to work on modules including Psycho-acoustics, music performance, sound design and studio etiquette. This gave me the experience and knowledge on working and produce within a studio environment. As well as a glimpse into the music industry and how it works. I always had the opportunity to help run and perform in a live stage show
