I built my own company from scratch. I carried out every role, such as online promoting, marketing, advertising, networking and overall management, Having good communication skills helped me with this as i was able to manage my own staff, liaise very well with Club Management, suppliers and PA.
Managed massive student nights at Lola Lo Brighton. XO on Monday & Paradiso Every Thursday. I ran all the online social network platforms. Facebook, Twitter etc. Managed Staff, Pay, Rotas, promoted and ran the events while overseeing 20+ staff and my 2 Events Managers.
My main jobs were to make the night to run smoothly, Managing all staff, handling cash and till work and giving great customer satisfaction. Following this my role as a basic promoter turned into Event Staff then within a few weeks i was offered to be an Event Manager. (Alongside this i built great social media skills and had a eye for marketing)
