- My role was a Hostess & my responsibility was to welcome all customers to a luxury service environment and to ensure that they are seated and receive attentive service.
- My duties included maintaining a waitlist of patrons during the busy period, passing out waiting times to clients and then passing the clients to a sales associate. I also had to build relationships with customers, maintain patience and composure, multitask & showcase my time management skills.
