I am a freelance graphic designer with ten years of experience predominantly in design for print, with a strong focus on layout design, editorial, and publishing.
My work includes high quality illustrated books, magazines, brochures, and marketing material. I love working with type, and that has allowed me to craft my skills as a highly experienced typesetter and artworker. I work with a diverse range of clients from global leading companies, luxury and travel brands to startups, providing as well design services such as brand creation, decks, infographics, and digital assets for online marketing campaigns and social media.
Next to this, I offer in-house freelance design support for creative agencies.

Designing for a diverse range of clients, from global leading companies, luxury and travel brands to startups and small businesses. I work predominantly in design for print, with a strong focus on layout design, editorial and publishing. I have managed and designed for long-term periodic publications, working closely with editors, writers and printers.
My work includes high quality illustrated books, magazines, catalogues and marketing material. I love working with type, and that has allowed me to craft my skills as a highly experienced typesetter and artworker. Alongside I have also been collaborating in-house with Suitcase Creative Studio, a young creative agency that works with travel and lifestyle brands. As a senior designer my tasks are conceptualising, designing and creating branding collateral, such as, brand books, decks, brochures, social media assets and infographics. My role at the agency also allowed me to meet and pitch clients and dealing with printers; as well as managing and collaborating with external freelance writers, designers and creative interns.

Overseeing the layout and design of different publications and projects
with clients ranging from the Rolls-Royce Club, Cambridge University
Students’ Union (CUSU) and CBI. This position honed my design skills
and creative thinking, providing me with a full understanding of the book
design process from start to finish. This covers everything from choosing
typefaces, design layout, typesetting, colour palette, finishing techniques,
beside designing/overseeing the look of each page. I also meticulously
prepare artwork for print, do detailed artworking and checking, embed
colour profiles (relevant to printer and paper stock), as well as design
the website for the digital format of each publication. This position has
given me invaluable knowledge regarding the printing process and
techniques, and experience in dealing directly with printers by attending
the press pass.
