- Assisted in the translation of the company blog from Portuguese to Spanish. Completed a review of the blog in English, correcting and improving the content. I used tools such as Wordpress to help perfect the layout and presentation of this project. -Completed a number of ad hoc translations and content production pieces. These included: The translation of official company case studies from Portuguese to English and Spanish, Press Releases, Sales Pitches and more. -The design and execution of an exclusive project with the Customer Success Team. I used software such as Confluence, Jira and Nimbus Capture to complete this product. -I played a leading role in the translation of the Infraspeak platform (web and mobile) into French.

My tasks were mostly to do with Marketing and Content Production. These included: -Researching and writing articles on a variety of topics relating to developments, trends and technical information required for companies looking to enter a Latin American market for Biz Latin Hub's News platform on Latin American industry, as well as for publishing on 3rd party sites. -Working directly with my manager to improve and boost BLH's Social Media presence and website ranking using a variety of SEO strategies and tools. -Successfully integrating a CRM (Hubspot) into the everyday work routine of my office and introduced my team to the benefits of the programme. -Helping to launch a new creative content output programme which has been integrated into the company's internship programme entitled 'Industry Q&As'.
