I began my film-making career working as a football Camera Operator. Making my way into the film and television industry I moved towards the office for a year and worked for the companies Warp Films and Kudos, meeting some fantastic people and getting a broader understanding of the industry.
I made my way back into the camera department working as a Camera Assistant for Channel 4’s ‘Furious Andrew’. Most recently my work has led me to be a Camera Operator for Endemol Shine UK, doing EPK work related to some of their TV dramas. I often use Sony FS7 for this kind of work, and it is the camera I am most familiar with.
My editing experience is with Adobe Premier, and I have basic proficiency with After Effects. I have been the Editor for a feature length documentary for an art exhibition, as well as the highlights reels for all Charlton Athletic games 2001-2011.
My current focus is to do more work with brands not just in the UK but around the world, I’d love to be able to travel and work at the same time.
I have an Extended Diploma, BSc Honors degree and an MA degree in Film and Television Production.
Projects
- Final Fantasy X - Anniversary | 4k RTX | ファイナルファンタジーXI started learning Unreal Engine in August 2020. This video is my first big project. It took loads of work, and it was great fun. I used Metahuman for the close-up shots of Tidus. The footage is all rendered from Unreal using 16bit image sequences, which I edit in After Effects & Premiere Pro.
