I have been owning creative processes for Harry’s International team. I have worked my way up, gaining more priorities across the business. I create and conceptualise content over email, UX, retail, brand and performance channels for two brands, in three languages and 4 countries.
This has put me in the position of leading a team featuring a couple of designers and a part-time copywriter. I have built up my understanding of managing by simply listening and creating a cohesive team atmosphere. As a design function we serve a very important role in the business, with anything visual being touched by us as well as creative copy-writing for new campaigns and other needs. With this in mind I‘ve always believed in a collaborative engaged experience which echoes through my managing and working style.
