About me

Freelance writer who’s worked on short and feature films, audio podcasts and serial content. Part of Sky’s Comedy Rep programme for 2022/23, winner of the David Nobbs Memorial Trust competition 2019, as well as 2022 winner of Best Comedy at the Portobello Film Festival. Has worked with a variety of production houses and independent companies including Rusty Quill, County Hall Arts, and writer/director Azhur Saleem. Co-writer on Ardvale Films award winning entry ‘The Last Union’ (2022) for the London 48 Hour Film Challenge, features I’ve written include ‘BITE’ (2021) produced by Arthrofilm and ‘Tooth Fairy’ (2017) with Champdog Films. Currently has two shorts in post-production, one with Digital Saints and one with J Black Films

• Dave & The UndeadDave’s pet cat Scrumpy has just died. Dave’s wife Louise is heartbroken. Then Dave and his best mate Terry find a copy of the Egyptian book of the dead whilst doing a house clearance, and Dave has the ingenious idea to bring Scrumpy back to life. But Necromancy is an exact science – and Dave may have accidentally brought everyone back… My play was chosen for a rehearsed reading at this years festival (https://inkfestival.org/2024-plays/)
