I am a strong videographer with over 15 years experience based in Manchester, since 2014 I have been operating as a freelancer under the name of Tom Ellarby Films (Now LRB Films). I have worked on many projects both personal and professional; these include filming and editing several viral promotions for music festivals around the UK, a video wall for a large car dealership in London and a backdrop video for a fashion event in Nottingham. Other than these I also have a keen interest in producing my own short films, one of which was shortlisted for the Edinburgh Film Festival in 2012. These experiences have given me perspective, I understand what each party requires and find it easy to put myself in their shoes or to articulate my own point of view. I have been able to complete every task asked of me whilst editing to a high standard, not least because I enjoy solving problems. If I don't know how to complete a task I take the time to work it out and always deliver the goods. I have never missed a deadline, and always manage a budget to deliver value for money and a high quality finish. I am also keen and willing to learn all new skills and techniques that are presented to me.
