  • During my final year at university we sought to raise 25k to fund our end of year show in London, giving us exposure to a wide array of industry professionals. To achieve this our fundraising consisted of club nights, crowdfunding, face to face sales and auctions, to name a few. Through these activities I learnt numerous skills including: • Branding Sales & Marketing to create an identity for our show in which to translate to potential backers • Theming and building strong relationships with third parties for venue hire, equipment hire, licensing, backing and/or use of skills. • Logistics and set up of the numerous undertakings, event planning and original concept creation. • Furthering my team building skills, utilizing people’s talents and understanding the importance of a strong and cohesive team. • Utilizing a heavy online presence that stretched across twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (to name a few) and understanding their benefits as well as getting the most out of each platform to promote our cause and final show.
