Tom is a london based multi-media artist working within the mediums of composition, sound design, photography, film and animation.
His work explores a sonic and visual collage of cascading repetitive structures.
Having spent several years as a camera assistant to some of the industry's leading photographers, whilst simultaneously performing and collaborating with a wide variety of ensembles and bands as a saxophonist and composer; his broad range of expertise allows him to consider and employ textural elements from a large collection of art forms and genres.
He works from his studio in south london and has two pet rabbits.

- RailFilm and Music created by Tom Gimson This film accompanies my track Rail (released February 2021) and is a reflection on travelling across Europe by train. Long train journeys allow me to switch off, slowly transitioning from one environment to the next, much like in minimalism and dance music.
