    Led on marketing and messaging strategy for all Capital & Centric projects in Manchester, Liverpool and Sheffield. Managing the entire marketing spend and reporting on ROI. Responsible for creating the 'Piccadilly East' PR & messaging strategy - a key placemaking initiative. Identified occupiers for temporary use spaces and facilitated the introductions e.g. Stall at Kampus and a Tap Room & event space at a Northern Quarter site. Project lead for 'Mancunian Spray' charity arts festival. Curating the traders and advertising the event to the general public. Launched 'Phoenix' - 75 owner-occupier apartments - creating a digital strategy, as well as devising the launch events and managing third party sales platforms including Rightmove. Led on the brand creation for 'Kampus' including design, photography, social media strategy, physical signage and tone of voice. Responsible for briefing and managing all third party creative, design, social media and PR agencies. Co-ordination and new business for Regeneration Brainery - a key CSR project founded by Capital & Centric.

Planned and executed placemaking events across the portfolio, including a 12-hour creative festival to launch Enterprise City. Also worked with operators to host their own events. PR strategist across all Allied London projects, including the mixed used St. John's neighbourhood. Also acted for operators such as Everyman Cinema, Barry's Bootcamp and Aviva investors. Held 12 monthly events for the creative, media and leisure industries at Old Granada Studios. Received national press coverage on key commercial deals, reaching publications such as the FT, BBC, the Telegraph and the Times. Responsible for establishing the 'Exchange' programme with Tech Nation at Enterprise City. Led on brand creation for 'XYZ Work & Social' the first hospitality and co-work space from Allied London's operating arm.
