    Mobile App & Web Platform Responsible for the vision, strategy, tactics and roadmap of the social network and specialist user portals. Overseeing the work of 70 people across 7 multi-disciplinary product teams. • Product Management – Creating and maintaining the strategy, roadmap, market positioning and high level backlog and galvanising people through clear articulation of the vision and progress • Working with Teams – Putting together the work for 70 tech and product staff members split into 7 teams capable of independent working as they are made up of Product Owner, FE Devs, BE Devs, Infrastructure Devs, UX Designer, User Researcher and UI Designer • Scenario & Journey Lead Design – Worked with research, design and tech to create personas, scenarios, user scenarios/journeys, user problems and value propositions and then prioritised them to give clarity and focus • Eliciting Requirements and Feeding Back – Liaised frequently with investors, C-suite, partners, customers, tech and other stakeholders • Agile Workflow Process – Helped in creating the product development process • Ideas Management – Came up with product ideas and reviewed those from other people, then implemented the best • User & Market Research – Worked with research department to understand the market, competitors and customers and then put the relevant findings into the product • Monitoring – Defined success metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, referral, revenue) for MixPanel and business KPIs and then monitored and interpreted the output before pivoting the product based on the results

    Euromoney Plutus Project First phase redesign of the euromoney.com website to coincide with the new business model • Domain Modelling – Aided in mapping out Euromoney’s sphere of influence • Personas – Created in-depth personas based on behaviour data to ensure a user-based project • User Requirements Gathering – I organised and facilitated 47 workshops with representatives from Barclays, Citi, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Deloitte, Princeton University and many others • As-Is study – Compiled diagrams and documentation based on the existing content and functionality around banking news, polls (e.g. Euromoney FX Survey) and awards (e.g. Euromoney Awards for Excellence) • Competitor Analysis – Completed in depth functional, content and business model analysis of countries such as Financial Times, The Banker, Thompson Reuters and many others • User Behavioural Analysis – Interpreted data from Google Analytics, WebTrends and BOAT to understand how users used the website • Subscription & Business Modelling – Interviewed key members of staff and created business/subscription models for consideration by the board Syndication Project The addition of functionality to an existing lucrative system for syndicating content to third party providers • User Stories – Created and maintained all User Stories using JIRA • Wireframing – Created all wireframes and held workshops to fine tune the solution • Scrum Master – Ran the project and was accountable for removing project impediments • User Requirements Gathering – Elicited requirements from external users such as Dow Jones, Lexis Nexis, EVSCO and ProQuest as well as internal stakeholders • Integration with CMS – Oversaw the transition from the legacy CMS system to the new ‘Delphi ISIS’ system which uses Sitecore 6.6 • Systems Modelling – Created the UML documents to map out the as-is and t-be systems • User Acceptance Testing – Wrote the test scripts and ran the UAT for the project
