In this global IT company I was responsible for developing, designing, supervising and implementing Visual Concepts and Brand Strategies for all clients in mixed digital and analogue environments. Rebuilding the company profile in existing and new channels. Restructuring the creative team – recruiting new talents and recreating the portfolio to fit the European and Nordic standards. I also worked effectively to reorganise the creative and delivery processes.
The new experience gained in such a culturally mixed environment with 270 employees and operations in London, Chennai, Bangalore, San Francisco, Detroit and Stockholm, was a good challenge with a good ending, as the often very abstract projects landed far better then expected.
